The Drug Product Dataset provides over 200,000 drug product listings, covering all products approved by the FDA, Health Canada and EMA including withdrawn drug products. Each listing includes the brand or generic name, dosage, dose form, route of administration, codes, labeller, approval status, and marketing start and end date. The drug ingredients are linked with the drug dataset, and all products are linked with approved indications which include links to MedDRA and ICD10.

We have manually extracted over 10,000 structured drug indications from FDA drug labels and scientific publications that cover every FDA and Health Canada approved indication as well as common off-label indications. They include a text description, severity, type of indication, and associated ICD10 and MedDRA identifiers. This data also includes the ability to search by condition.

We provide a comprehensive list of known adverse effects manually extracted from FDA drug labels and scientific publications. Each listing includes details about the effect, incidence rates observed in clinical trials when available, the name of the condition associated with the effect, and associated ICD10 or MedDRA identifiers for adverse effect conditions and symptoms. The adverse effects are collected from clinical trial data, drug labels and post-market reporting.

We provide accurate, updated, and informed drug-drug interactions covering all FDA and Health Canada approved drugs sourced from drug labels and references. Get drug-drug interactions (DDI) for a product or ingredient, or find drug-drug interactions with a list of medications. DDIs include a description of the interaction, severity rating, evidence level management information.
